Korepetitorius terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Korepetitorius app for macOS and Windows and its account. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
Who provides it
Korepetitorius is made and provided free of charge by Liutauras Razma, Lithuania. Contact: liutauras.razma@soreachme.com.
Your account
- Use your own email address and keep your password to yourself. One account is for one person.
- If you are under 14, ask a parent or guardian before creating an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Using the app fairly
- Korepetitorius is for learning and checking your own work. Follow your school's and exam rules; don't use it where they don't allow it.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, access other people's accounts, or use it automatically at scale.
AI answers can be wrong
Explanations and answers are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and can contain mistakes. Check important answers yourself or with a teacher. Google's terms apply to that analysis.
The service
The app is provided free of charge and as it is. We may change, update or stop parts of it, and we will try to tell you in the app before important changes.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a lower grade, caused by using the app. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at liutauras.razma@soreachme.com. As a consumer you can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) or the courts of your country of residence.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
